A woman named Jessica Radtke alleged in videos posted last October that she was in a relationship with the comedian in 1999 when she was 15 and he was 33, providing extensive (non-explicit) photos from their time together. Her allegation resurfaced over the weekend amid accusations that Chris D'Elia sexually harassed underage girls. Ross posted a lengthy statement responding to the allegation last night on Twitter. “I have never engaged in any sexual relationship with a minor,” he wrote, adding: “The story is old news. “It has been investigated numerous times and thoroughly reviewed and never published. The witnesses and evidence do not support these despicable allegations.” He also claims that the accuser and her husband “have been harassing me for years" and vowed to take legal action against her. “I intend to take legal action based on these untrue, horrific allegations because no one, no matter how sick they are, should be allowed to continue to try and benefit from false stories while attempting to destroy others,” he wrote.
