Jennifer Lopez will be honored with MTV's Video Vanguard award at VMAs

J.Lo is also scheduled to perform live at this year's Video Music Awards for the first time since 2001. Lopez will be the third female artist in a row to be honored with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, following Pink and Rihanna.
