Katie Couric to guest-host Jeopardy! for one week

The longtime network news star will be one of several people who will take over the Jeopardy! hosting job on an interim basis in wake of Alex Trebek's death. Couric will be one of the first interim guest hosts after Ken Jennings, but it's not yet known when her week of shows will air.
