Kelly Ripa is adapting the book Geek Girl Rising as a potential ABC comedy

Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos are producing Valley Girls, a half-hour comedy about four women fighting to make it in male-dominated Silicon Valley. It’s based on Geek Girl Rising: Inside The Sisterhood Shaking Up Tech by authors Heather Cabot and Samantha Walravens.
