Kenneth Welsh, Twin Peaks and Lodge 49 actor, dies at 80

The prolific Canadian actor appeared in more than 240 TV shows and movies. He played the villain and crazed FBI agent Windom Earle on the second season of Twin Peaks. He recurred on Season 1 of Lodge 49 as Larry Loomis, the Sovereign Protector of Lodge 49.
