Kristen Welker deactivates her Twitter account ahead of moderating the Oct. 22 third presidential debate

The NBC News White House correspomdent's Twitter account has been deleted, at least temporarily, after second presidential debate moderator Steve Scully of C-SPAN alleged his Twitter account was hacked last week. “Welker deactivated her own account and was not asked to by the Commission on Presidential Debates,” an NBC source told Fox News.
