Judicial Watch founder Larry Klayman is going after Showtime again, representing former Fox News Channel booker Laura Luhn, who was portrayed as essentially being a pimp for Ailes in the Gabriel Sherman book The Loudest Voice in the Room that the limited series is based on. Klayman first sued Showtime in September on behalf of Roy Moore, alleging defamation in his Who Is America? portrayal.
