Female rap stars Salt-N-Pepa and the Clark Sisters gospel group will be the subject of Queen Latifah-produced miniseries, Lifetime announced at its upfronts. Salt-N-Pepa's miniseries, titled Salt-N-Pepa, will incorporate the duo’s hits including “Let’s Talk About Sex,” “What a Man” and “Shoop.” Queen Latifah is joining Mary J. Blige and Missy Elliott in producing The Clark Sisters: The First Ladies of Gospel, telling "the story of five sisters and a trailblazing mother from Detroit who helped bring gospel music into the mainstream."
