Lily Rabe to play Betty Gore on HBO Max's Love and Death

The American Horror Story vet will co-star with Elizabeth Olsen, Jesse Plemons and Patrick Fugit on the limited series true story of Texas housewife Candy Montgomery’s axe murder of Betty Gore in 1980. While Olsen plays Montgomery, Rabe will take on the role of fellow churchgoer Gore. Plemons plays Gore's husband.
