Longtime Wild Kingdom host Jim Fowler dies at 87

The khaki-clad zoologist hosted or co-hosted the Emmy-winning Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom from 1963 to 1988, bringing the natural world to millions of viewers. Fowler and his programs won four Emmy Awards. He was also a frequent guest on Johnny Carson's Tonight Show.
