The Full House alum made her first appearance in federal court this afternoon, where a judge set her bail at $1 million, the same as husband Mossimo Giannulli. The judge wanted to confiscate Loughlin's passport, but relented due to her TV commitments in Canada. Loughlin's attorney says she's under contract to film two projects in Vancouver April and May, as well as a series slated to begin shooting July.
