Lucifer's final season will be split in two parts

Tom Ellis revealed the news during Lucifer superfan Kelly Clarkson's visit to the Netflix set. “Season 5 of Lucifer is going to be split into two halves,” he told Clarkson. “Netflix is going to drop eight episodes, there’s going to be a little break, and then they’re going to drop another eight more episodes.” ALSO: Watch more footage of Clarkson, her mom and sister's visit to Lucifer.
