MTV VMAs will honor 9/11 victims as it returns with a full audience to New York City in September

The Sept. 12 ceremony at the Barclays Center will mark the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. The VMAs will return with a full audience after it was hosted from different locations without an audience due to the pandemic.
