Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner's FX mystery dramedy has been scrapped

Weiner's planned return to basic cable TV, first revealed in July 2020, is not proceeding. “It is no longer in development,” FX Entertainment president Eric Schrier told Deadline, noting that the decision was made a long time ago. “There is all this development that was tracking and that was on par before Covid," he added. "Some things continued on and some things fell apart as part of the last two years.”
