Marlon Wayans to star in HBO Max comedy Book of Marlon as part of an overall deal

Wayans will not only star in a semi-autobiographical comedy, but he'll produce two standup specials as part of his HBO Max deal. Book of Marlon, which Wayans created with longtime producing partner Rick Alvarez, stars Wayans as a fictionalized version of himself as he attempts to reconcile being a good person and father with…being Marlon.
