Matthew Perry to release his memoir next year

The Friends alum has signed a mid-seven-figure deal for an autobiography recounting his time on the iconic sitcom's set and his struggles with addiction. The untitled memoir is scheduled to be released in fall 2022. "There has been so much written about me by others in the past," Perry tells People. "I thought it was time people heard it directly from the horse's mouth. In this case, the horse's mouth being me."
