ABC Entertainment president Karey Burke said Monday at the TV press tour that “there did not seem to be a strong enough fan base” to renew the 1970s-set family comedy for a second season. Former The Kids Are Alright star Cudlitz tweeted in response: “Seriously, @abc. Just say ‘no comment.’ This is just rude. I apologize to the @TheKidsABC fandom on behalf of @abc. Smfh."
