Mindy Kaling books pal Reese Witherspoon for The Mindy Project’s final season

Dr. Mindy Lahiri once made a "Wreath Witherspoon” in honor of the Oscar-winning film star. Now Witherspoon is set to guest on the Hulu series. "Our latest The Mindy Project guest star is the only woman i would want to be trapped in a cave with. (This is weirdly the second cave we have acted in together!)," Kaling tweeted. Witherspoon and Kaling have become close friends off-screen, recently filming A Wrinkle in Time together with Oprah in New Zealand.
