Georgia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and one yet-to-be-revealed state were among those whose licenses were terminated for revolting against the pageant's leadership. States whose licenses were terminated must replace their current leaders, though they could appeal the decision. Those states must turn over bank accounts and scholarship money to the national organization.
