Telegdy, who became NBC Entertainment chairman after years of overseeing NBC's reality TV and late-night shows, will exit NBC as part of an NBC Universal shakeup. His duties will go to longtime NBC Universal executive Frances Berwick, who will oversee all programming strategy and content across all the NBC Universal TV entertainment networks. Telegdy's exit comes a week after The Hollywood Reporter detailed allegations of sexist and racist workplace misconduct under Telegdy. NBC Universal responded by announcing it has launched an investigation. The investigation will continue following Telegdy's exit.
