NBC News journalists are reportedly troubled by White House press secretary Jen Psaki's impending move to MSNBC

Some NBC News staffers say they fear that Psaki joining MSNBC will tarnish their brand, reports CNN's Oliver Darcy. NBC News president Noah Oppenheim had to clarify to his employees that MSNBC, which he doesn't oversee, hired Psaki -- not NBC News. “Here’s what he was saying: They have perspective programming. This was done on the perspective programming side. Not anything that reflects on NBC News,” one NBC News employee told Darcy.  “People wanted answers on what NBC’s role was in this and NBC News had no role in this,” the person added. “This is MSNBC’s perspective programming.”
