NBC News teams with Blumhouse on a scripted series based on a Dateline story

The scripted series will be based on the murder of Betsy Faria, whose husband was originally sentenced but later freed when another suspect emerged. Dateline has covered the Faria case several times, including with the podcast The Thing About Pam.
