This year's NFL Draft, which is expected to shut down the Las Vegas strip to traffic, will beon the water at the Fountains of Bellagio. Players will be transported to the stage by boat, with the main stage for the draft will be held next to Caesars Forum. The draft willl take place April 23-25.
