Netflix announces serial killer docuseries The Raincoat Killer: Chasing a Predator in Korea

The three-part docuseries tells the story of Yoo Young-chul, a notorious serial killer who came to light as a psychopath to the Korean public in 2004 as he killed a total of 20 in various parts of Seoul. The Raincoat Killer premieres Oct. 22.
