Netflix hires the BBC executive who greenlighted Fleabag

Netflix boss Reed Hastings has said that the Phoebe Waller-Bridge comedy is the one non-Netflix series that got away. Now he has hired Chris Sussman, head of comedy at BBC Studios and fomrer BBC comedy commissioner, as head of Netflix's scripted division. While working at the BBC, Sussman greenlighted Fleabag.
