Netflix settles Fyre Fest documentary copyright lawsuit

Fyre Festival attendee Clarissa Cardenas sued the Netflix and the filmmakers behind FYRE: The Greatest Party That Never Happened in March after alleging it used her footage without permission. She was seeking $150,000 in damages. The lawsuit has now been dropped after a private settlement was reached. ALSO: Netflix's FYRE earned the notorious Jerry Media an Emmy nomination.
