Hollywood Weekly Magazine is suing Netflix, CBS, Paramount and Imagine Television for a number of claims including trademark and copyright infringement. The publication, which says adheres to a strict "no gossip" policy and has spent 20 years building a "wholesome brand," claims in its lawsuit that the "tawdry television program" Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness is injuring its reputation.
