Netflix will begin testing a Top 10 list of its TV shows and movies

The Top 10 experiment will begin with Netflix's British subscribers. A Top 10 list of the most popular shows across the service will be updated weekly, with each genre/category getting its own list. “For those who want to watch what others are watching, this may make choosing titles even easier,” Netflix CEO Reed Hastings wrote in a letter to investors. “After a few months we’ll decide whether to end or expand the test.”
