Nickelodeon orders unscripted kids series The Substitute and holiday-themed Top Elf

The Substitute will feature celebrities going undercover at schools, camps and other locations. Each organization featured will receive a $25,000 donation. The five-episode Top Elf will bring five kids to the North Pole for holiday-themed challenges.
