On the one-hour special, four teams of three -- each consisting of a professional golfer, a celebrity and a Nickelodeon star -- will compete against each other on a “Nick-ified” golf course with one-of-kind tee boxes, physical challenges and far-out fairways. “We are inventing our own golf match,” says Brian Robbins, president and CEO of Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon. “It’s definitely different.” Professional golfers confirmed for the special include Jon Rahm, Collin Morikawa, Justin Thomas and Lexi Thompson. Nickelodeon Slime Cup follows the cable network showing two NFL playoff games.
