Nickelodeon's glory days getting the documentary treatment

The Orange Years: The Nickelodeon Story, which will be made available on demand on Nov. 17, will chronicle the rise of Nickelodeon and how the networked reshaped children’s television and effectively helped raise a generation of kids. “If you want to know about it, it’s a kid-owned environment," Kenan Thompson says in the film's trailer.
