The audience of 2,500 invited guests, including all nominees, will have to show proof vaccination against the coronavirus and at least two negative P.C.R. tests. But performers and presenters, while having to undergo rigorous testing, won't need to show proof vaccination. That is in keeping with virus safety protocols on some television sets and return-to-work standards set by Los Angeles County. The change was made after The Hollywood Reporter reported last week that there will be no vaccination requirement.
