Pennyworth may move from Epix to HBO Max for Season 3

Deadline reports that Warner Bros. TV and Epix are in talks for the future of the Batman origin series. Negotiations involve putting the first two seasons on HBO Max and Epix getting a second window to show Season 3. Pennyworth is one of two ongoing original series on Epix. The other being Godfather of Harlem. Warner Bros. TV sold Pennyworth to Epix before WarnerMedia announced plans for its own streaming service.
