One of the two women who alleged to The Hollywood Reporter that the Sex and the City and The Equalizer star sexually assaulted her at his West Hollywood apartment in 2004 says she spoke to two police officers while at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center following the alleged incident. “We are still looking into the nature of the report and trying to narrow down where, when and if where the report was filed,” LAPD Sgt. Bruce Borihanh told Deadline. The alleged incident may have crossover with the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department since West Hollywood falls under its jurisdiction. (Cedars-Sinai is under the LAPD's jurisdiction.) Deadline contacted Noth's recently obtained attorney, Andrew Brettler, who said: "No one from any law enforcement agency has contacted Chris or any of his representatives. Obviously if anyone does reach out, we will cooperate fully.”
