About 32.3 million watched across ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, Fox News Channel, CNN and MSNBC, CNBC, Newsmax, Telemundo and Univision. Fox News was No. 1 with 6.9 million, followed by ABC and CBS. That tops the 27 million that watched Biden's first address to Congress last April.
