The Bridgerton breakout star didn't specifically mention the Syfy show, but his tweet this morning came one day after The Hollywood Reporter reported -- in a detailed look at Ray Fisher's Justice League dispute with Warner Bros. -- that Page was rejected for the lead role on the Syfy series because then-DC Comics executive Geoff Johns “said Superman could not have a Black grandfather." "Hearing about these conversations hurts no less now than it did back then. The clarifications almost hurt more tbh," Page tweeted. "Still just doing my thing. Still we do the work. We still fly." He ended the tweet with a fist bump emoji. A representative for Johns said he envisioned the role, which eventually went to white actor Cameron Cuffe, as looking like a young Henry Cavill.
