Report: Kelly Clarkson is being groomed to eventually take over Ellen DeGeneres' timeslot

With talk of DeGeneres potentially winding down her daily talk show this week, The Blast reports that NBC's plan is to have The Kelly Clarkson Show become Ellen's successor. Clarkson's talk show debuts next fall on NBC stations.
