The former Navy SEAL and current Republican Congressional candidate, who lost his right eye in Afghanistan, spoke about Davidson's "Weekend Update" diss today on CNN. “I think what him and maybe the producers at SNL should do is pool their money together, let’s throw a figure out there — a million dollars — and we will donate that to a series of veterans nonprofits that helps veterans. There’s a lot of great organizations out there," Crenshaw said. "There’s a lot of veterans that really need help, and frankly, this kind of thing is offensive to them.” Meanwhile, Sean Hannity called the SNL staff "jackasses" for allowing the Crenshaw bit to air. “All of you on Saturday Night Live can go straight to hell over this,” Hannity said on his Fox News show. “You owe this man a profuse apology… What jackasses.”
