Ron Leibman, the Tony- and Emmy-winning actor who played Rachel's dad on Friends, dies at 82

Leibman won the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for playing the title role in the 1978-1979 CBS crime drama Kaz. But he is best known to TV audiences for playing the father of Jennifer Aniston's character, Dr. Leonard Green, on four episodes of Friends. He also guest-starred on The Sopranos as Dr. Lior Plepler and voiced the character Ron Cadillac on FX’s Archer, playing the husband of his real-life wife, Arrested Development star Jessica Walter.
