In an interview with Sunday Today With Willie Geist, Oh says the loss of privacy from her sudden Grey's fame affected her mental health -- so much so that she had to find a "good therapist" to help her find a balance between her work and real-life. “To be perfectly honest, it was traumatic. So when one loses one’s anonymity, you have to build skills to still try and be real. I went from not being able to go out, like, hiding in restaurants, to then being able to manage attention, manage expectation, while not losing the sense of self.”
