Shouhed was taken into custody on March 27 for “intimate partner violence with injury,” which an LAPD public information officer explained to Page Six is another legal term for domestic violence. It is used when there is “visible injury” on the victim. No other details were released. In a statement to People, Shouhed's attorney said: "My own investigation reveals no acts of domestic violence was committed by my client. I have no doubt Mike will be exonerated. Please honor the presumption of innocence."
