Showtime orders Kevin Bacon-starring drama City on a Hill, from producers Ben Affleck and Matt Damon

Set in the racist and corrupt early 1990s Boston, City on a Hill stars Bacon as an FBI agent who is trying to subvert the city's entire criminal justice system. Bacon was previously attached to Syfy's failed Tremors pilot, the trailer of which has surpassed 2 million views on YouTube.
