The second episode of the Showtime docuseries ends with Reagan's presidential victory in 1980 and CBS News anchor Walter Cronkite asking, “Who leads the social counterrevolution? Teddy Kennedy?” The camera shows the then-CBS News correspondent Greenfield responding: “Try Senator Biden from Delaware for openers? Very impressive young guy, in his second term, revisionist Democrat.” “Okay, all right,” Cronkite says in response, laughing. “All right.” Four decades later, Greenfield's prediction paid off. Greenfield, a veteran of CBS News, NBC News and ABC News who now hosts a PBS show, responded to his 1980 prediction on Tuesday, tweeting: "This was speculation about 1984 or 88. I can’t really claim that I was seeing 40 years into the future. However I WiILL be launching my psychic podcast soon."
