Steve Carell shies away from Michael Scott-Donald Trump comparisons, says he wouldn’t be up for an Office reunion

“I just don’t think it’s a great idea,” Carell says of returning to Dunder Mifflin. “People who love the show love it because of what it was. And if you try to bring it back, it won’t be that. I won’t be exactly the same.” When asked about Trump admirer Michael Scott, and whether he would’ve voted for him as president, Carell says: “I don’t even want to get into that. I think Michael Scott is someone who just wanted to get ahead the best he could. And learn from what he perceived to be a master of business.”
