An Ugly Betty reunion will take place on the NBC comedy when One Day at a Time star Machado guests as a district manager. Machado appeared in two episodes of Ugly Betty opposite Superstore's America Ferrera as Betty's cousin. SNL's Gardner, meanwhile, will play Dina’s never-before-seen nemesis Colleen.
