In what may be the first instance of a production company making a contestant pay for violating their contract, an arbitrator has ordered Luke Parker from Hannah Brown's Bachelorette season to pay Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss' production company “$100,000 in damages and another $20,000 in attorneys’ fees and costs" for making remarks about his experiences on the show in violation of his contract.
