The CW orders The Waltons' Thanksgiving movie with the addition of Teddy Sears

Sears will take over the role of John Sr. from Ben Lawson in the Thanksgiving follow-up to last year's The Waltons' Homecoming, which was The CW's most-watched night of fall 2021. Bellamy Young, Logan Shroyer and Richard Thomas will also be returning.
