The CW passes on Jane the Virgin spinoff, retooling The Lost Boys -- gender non-confirming drama Glamorous is still in contention

The Jane the Virgin offshoot Jane the Novela is not going forward, while The Lost Boys TV revival series pilot will be retooled, according to Deadline. Glamourous, the drama pilot about a gender non-conforming teen recent high school grad, starring Ben J. Pierce and Brooke Shields, was considered a leading contender for next season. Deadline reports: "Glamorous remains in contention, with a pickup decision will come soon, possibly before the CW’s May 16 upfront presentation."
