The Dresden Files is set to become a TV series again

Fox21 Television Studios has optioned the rights to Jim Butcher's bestselling fantasy novel series, which follows "private investigator and wizard Harry Dresden, as he recounts investigations into supernatural disturbances in modern-day Chicago." The Dresden Files aired as a 12-episode TV series on the Sci Fi Channel in 2007, starring Paul Blackstone. It was canceled after one season.
