Bortles, who became something of an avatar for Manny Jacinto's Good Place character Jason Mendoza, has been a disappoint as quarterback for the Jaguars since he was drafted third overall in the 2014 NFL Draft -- even though he did lead the Jaguars to the AFC Championship game only 14 months ago.
